Join RIVA for an empowering session as we dive into the world of whole food plant-based eating, the foundation of a thriving and healthy vegan lifestyle with Registered Dietitian Lisa Browning. In this talk, we'll explore the myriad benefits of embracing a diet centered around nutrient-rich plant foods, from vibrant health and sustainable weight management to reduced risk of chronic diseases.
