Join Chef Jay for a hands on class as he partners with Rhode Island Vegan Awareness for "Learn to Cook; Sushi and Saki" in "The Cellar" at Plant City in Providence. RIVA is a local 501c3 non profit that promotes vegan living in Rhode Island. Chef Jay has pledged to donate all profits from the event to RIVA's efforts to bring awareness to the importance of vegan living here in RI.
