Join Rhode Island Vegan Awareness for a virtual vegan cooking class. In this 30-minutes-to vegan cooking class, we will focus on seasonal foods in September.
September is the season of apples and butternut squash and the last of the beans and peas. In this month's 30-minutes to vegan virtual cooking class we'll learn recipes to make the most of the harvest. Recipes will include a roasted butternut squash soup and a savory cabbage and vegan-bacon entree, and other seasonal dishes.
