Vegan 101:
One of the biggest challenges facing those interested in a vegan lifestyle is simply not knowing what to eat or where to begin. In this class, you'll learn about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle, take home easy recipes and try delicious samples! A focus will be put on budget friendly recipes. You'll also learn about vegan protein sources and the best vegan alternatives to meat, cheese, milk, and more.
This class is FREE; we will gratefully accept an optional $5 (or more) donation at the door to benefit Rhode Island Vegan Awareness.
