Participant COVID-19 Safety Protocol
In accordance with State and CDC Guidelines, we ask that all participants carefully follow the below protocol:
-This social gathering is limited in participants per parking lot. We will be utilizing two lots.
-RSVP by e-mail is required prior to the event.
-Those who have recently tested positive for COVID-19 or who have had an encounter with someone who is currently sick with COVID-19, are required to stay home.
-Participants will screen themselves prior to the event. Those feeling sick themselves on the day of the walk, have a cough, fever, or have in the last two weeks have traveled to a high-risk location, or traveled outside of the U.S., will opt to stay home and not participate for the safety of others.
-All participants will wear masks that covers both their mouth and nose. A Halloween mask alone will not protect you or others.
-Participants will be aware of maintaining at least a six-foot social distance. Only one child can go up to a trunk at a time.
-Hand sanitizer must be made available in your trunk.
-Lay out the candy- no putting hands into shared buckets.
-Individually wrapped vegan candy only.
Thank you!
